This year you will have noticed on the Renewal Form that you were asked to fill in a name and telephone number for us to contact in case you have an emergency either at the club, or when playing at another club.
Although our club publishes some member contact details in the Fixture Booklet , having this additional ICE information available is highly recommended by Bowls England as part of its 'Safeguarding' programme.
So the information from the renewal forms has been compiled into a list that is now in a blue folder in the rack at the kitchen end of the clubhouse.
There are a few members that did not provide me with this information, so I encourage them to write in the missing name and number on the list so that I can add it to the next edition.
Captains of away teams can simply photograph the pages at the start of the season so that they have it on their phones.
